Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. In 2009, she had won four additional fitness titles. In addition, the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and returned with a sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. It's no surprise that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. How she does this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
